Dark Days: The Forge Preview Art

Man... quite the art line up. This story is going fucking places. You don't even know... I don't even know... and I know? Places, man. Anyone who doesn't have a job to go to during the day figure out those numbers yet? Digits of Pi.

  1. This is a very minor and inconsequential observation, but we've started seeing depictions of Aquaman with a beard and long locks again. I assume that's to portray him in line with Jason Momoa's depiction in Justice League. I find it amusing when both DC or Marvel try to deny that they're changing things (physical or backstory) about characters to comport with their cinematic depictions. Just admit it.

    1. I wonder if that is the intent. Over in the Aquaman books, he is going on the run in the next arc and is growing a beard. But I could be wrong. Anyhow, looks good on him.

  2. The question I have is about Joker. Jim Lee's page shows him in his Endgame design but we know this incarnation of the Joker got resurrected as a sane person thanks to the Dyonisium in Super Heavy. I suspect this is related to Goeff Johns' 3 Jokers thing but it still baffles me. Since Snyder is the ringleader of the project, I hope he wouldn not have erased Super Heavy from the continuity.
