SPOILERS: Batman #39

Hopefully the wrap up to this two-parter justifies Wonder Woman's use here cus right now... at least it looks amazing.

SPOILERS: Nightwing #37

Well, I expected to not like this issue much, and hey! Expectations met!

SPOILERS: Detective Comics #9721

No fun times to be had here. Just bad times. Bad, bad times.

SPOILERS: Batman #38

Let's all agree to just not call anything anyone's equivalent of the Killing Joke, okay?

SPOILERS: Batman: White Knight #4

I've got a theory! Joker is Gothamsexual! No one has used that before! Right? Oh they have... well, shit.

SPOILERS: Batgirl and the Birds of Prey #9

Well, this progressed the story a bit! That's about all I can say about it.

The Spoilers:

So Black Canary spends some time under Blackbird's "training," where she and a handful of other meta humans perfect their skills. Eventually Black Canary finds out what's going on and Blackbird, who was well aware of who Dinah is the entire time, uses another metahuman's powers of mental suggestion to seemingly set Dinah out on her teammates.

Speaking of them, Batgirl, Huntress and Nightwing find out that there's another person looking for Black Canary with an equal amount of vested interest: Green Arrow.

The Opinion:

Yeah, this was a "I have no strong opinions either way" sort of issue. Nothing great, nothing awful. It just is. What happens happens and there you go, twenty pages went by. Just nothing stands out to me, and this type of issue is becoming increasingly common. Just sort of bland super heroics. Nothing unique, nothing interesting, but nothing offensively bad... other than fucking Gus... at least he wasn't on page this time around. I like that they're bringing Green Arrow in, shared universe and all that. About all I can say.
