Anyone notice how this book is called Batman and Robin Eternal and pretty much the only character who isn't in it is Robin? Just saying...
That mind control virus... Ithyics... Iythc... Ithaca? Whatever the made up word for it that I refuse to learn is, well that thing is working pretty damn well, all the Spyral students are now under Mother's control, Harper included (learned rather quickly by Jason).
Turns out there's some Spyral satellite, Mother wants it, big giant hypno, bad stuff. Tim and Cass start to turn, but Tim manages to break free for a second to tell Dick, Helena and Netz to use the fear toxin that David Cain uses, which will counter act. So they do that, eventually get Cass under control, go to find Jason and Harper. Put Harper under the gas, but since it makes her confront her biggest fear (with a desire to conquer it), she sees Cass and due to the recent revelations, instantly attacks her.
Well, the art was probably the best it has been in quite some time. Real action issue, not a whole lot of plot development. One of those weeks, I guess. I did enjoy the reason as to why David is always dosing himself on fear gas. Guess I could have put that together prior to this issue, but hey man... I read a lot. I don't have time for that.
