2016 takes something else from us, and this time it's Chew.

SPOILERS: Detective Comics #945

The gift of Clayface, TAKE IT IN MAAAAAAAAAAN. (reference!)

SPOILERS: Batgirl #5

I could make a joke about memory and my feelings towards this arc, but that would be rude.

I'm pretty sure I got through this post without making one reference to wrestling.

    1. Totally. Everyone will be calm and collected, and no one's pull list will be influenced by immediate reactions of hyperbole.

  3. I hope Bruce didn't pull another Azrael with robo-bat

  5. This might be kind of crazy but I noticed a lot of DC books have "Joker variant covers" in June... could it be Joker under the Bat-suit? Snyder has said his idea is insane and has never been done to the character before, and it wouldn't be a stretch too far from his "Joker loves Batman, Joker hates Batman" characterization (though it does smack of Superior Spider-Man).

    1. I think Snyder has already made ripping off Dan Slot jokes. Plus, he said it was the last time they'd be using Joker.

    1. It's a design element Capullo goes to. Zero Year costume had the same sort of webbing.

  7. Zach - I'm thinking the same thing - Joker kills/capture Batman and takes his place to show that he can be better Batman - something like Kraven Last Hunt for Spider Man.

  8. I'm thinking Bruce is MIA - and this turns into the Cullen and Harper Show - which I'm totally down with.

  11. I'm expecting the Harper Row route. No new book announced with her in it, plus that "Batman" is pretty blue.
