SPOILERS: Batman #35

This was the best Batman and Robin issue from 8 years back, that we've gotten in a while.

SPOILERS: Nightwing #33

Give everyone steroids, I'm sure that'll turn out well.

SPOILERS: Justice League #33

I don't know, Cyborg did a thing? Now we're back to where it began as if nothing happened...

SPOILERS: Batman: Lost #1

This issue is the equivalent of looking in the mirror and saying Grant Morrison's name three times.

Looking Forward, October

The calm before the storm... week after next is going to be a lot blogging.
  • Damian - Son of Batman #1: That long rumored Damian series from Andy Kubert is finally happening, and while I'm sure the art is going to be great, not sure about the story. I'm optimistic, I really hope it's good!
  • Nightwing Annual #1: Giving Nightwing an annual is the least DC could do before they kill him. Because Nightwing likes to get wine and dined before he gets fucked! Har, har. Am I joking? Maybe!?
Given its length, I'm thinking about testing out a shorter form posting style with the Nightwing Annual. I still intend on talking about spoilers and all that, but I don't think I'm up to the work load of a scene by scene description anymore. Broad strokes.

Why? Well look at what's on my plate the first week of November. Action Comics, Batman/Superman, Batwing, Detective Comics, Green Arrow, Harley Quinn. That's a shit ton of books! Following that, Batman: Eternal happens, and that's just another book every week added to my work load. So, as you can see, I need to lighten things up a bit.

Moving past that, gonna save Panels of the Week again, as I've only got two this week, to go with two next week, and I believe there's a Li'l Gotham issue on Sunday too. Stack Rundown is still coming, with another good batch of Image titles, including my thoughts on Pretty Deadly and Velvet #1.

AND FINALLY... Make sure to pick up any issues, trades, etc. from the TFAW banners I've got on the site. Buying stuff after accessing the store through my referral links benefits me, and allows me to continue this crazy quest of writing about nearly every Batman book, every week. Thanks!
