I'm not sure exactly why most of this issue happens, but it sure is cool.
In the wake of Grayson, Batwoman is the new Bat-related international adventures book.

Panels of the Week, 09/26/2013
Got all your standards this week, along with some Li'l Gotham and Batman Beyond, so say hooray for padding out more content!
Batman #23.4: Bane admires his manicure! No but really, having Graham Nolan on this book was pretty cool. I just loved this sort of cheesy bad guy pose at the end. The sky with the moon creates a cool backdrop too.
Batman and Robin #23.4: This issue turned into a straight up stalker horror movie towards the end, and nothing embodies that more than turning around, to see a giant monster in the dark that someone else doesn't see.
Detective Comics #23.4: Man-Bat does his best Action Comics #1 impression.
Batman Beyond 2.0 #4: Everything from how Silas draws the characters to Andrew Elder's colors just emulates the old show so perfectly. Great seeing the gang back together... sort of.
Batman - Li'l Gotham #19: Dustin Nguyen abandoned his usual Li'l Gotham style for the first few pages of this issue and produced some highly detailed, beautiful stuff. So, so good.
