Comic Vine got the first Zero Year solicit of the month, along with an interview with Red Hood and the Outlaws writer James Tynion about November's issue. It's also worth noting that this one seems to be extra length, so I wouldn't be surprised to see other Zero Year issues, if not all, go into the 40pg/$3.99 realm.
