Batman Group November 2013 Solicitations

Full solicits are here, filling out all the Zero Year issues we didn't get last week, and the series that won't be tying in.

Changes to note:
  • John Layman and Aaron Lopresti will be the creative team of Catwoman #25, and I'll acknowledge that series' existence.
  • As noted before, Marguerite Bennett will be writing Batgirl.
  • Batman and Robin will be known as Batman and Carrie Kelley.
  • Harley Quinn will be launching with a #0 issue first.
  • Jeremy Haun will be providing some pages on Batwoman. I believe he's slated to do a full issue at some point too.
I'll update this when the Arkham War and Batman/Superman solicits hit and you can check out all the Zero Year tie in solicits here.

  1. I know I'vs already asked, and you've said it was a typo, but every site with the full November 2013 solicitations list Nightwing #25 as $4.99 instead of $3.99 like every other Zero Year tie-in. Gotham Spoilers is the only place that lists Nightwing #25 as $3.99, even other sites are confused about this after noticing this, like Bleeding Cool asking the same question I am. I just wanted to know if maybe you knew something that nobody else does.

My main guesses as to why this is, was maybe because Nightwing is now a "hot property" following Forever Evil, but that doesn't make sense. What does make sense would be if Nightwing #25 was somehow important to the story of Zero Year, in the same way Nigtwing #8 and #9 were important to Night of Owls... But you can see why that isn't a great reason as well.

Either way, if you do reply, thanks for your time!

    1. I changed it, because I'm pretty sure it's a mistake.

    2. Alright thanks! As much as I love Nightwing, it's obvious I'd prefer to pay $3.99, although if i had to I'd probably still pay up the $4.99...
