It's saying something when a LoSH character hanging out in Batman is hardly the most WTF moment of an issue.
The circus is a strange place, evident by the endless Nightwing stories that come from it.
Man, I sure wish Damian showed up in Batman books too... you know, where it'd make total and complete sense?
More mess is made. Lots more. I hope you weren't fond of the Royal Flush Gang.

First Details of Non-Batman Zero Year Tie-Ins
So, Zero Year will be tying into a bunch of books that don't have "Bat" in the name. Pretty weird. But there was a question of just how, and would these extra tie-ins even be related to Batman? Could these just be stories set in the same time as Zero Year, which could become a brand of sorts, much like "Year One." Nope! Batman, Batman, Batman!
In an interview about Green Arrow with Jeff Lemire, the writer spills a few details about his plans for Ollie and Zero Year, and Batman will very much be involved. It'll be set shortly after Ollie gets off the island and we'll see his first meeting with Batman, along with the introduction of an obscure, yet classic Batman rogue into the New 52.
So yeah... This is going to be strange. I mean, Ollie meeting Batman is simple enough, but when you get into books like Green Lantern Corps... uuuuh?
