I don't know if you know this, but Batman isn't exactly a happy guy.
New city, same shade of gray... but not for a lack of trying.
Here's an image of Batman looking at a dog. There you go.
2016 takes something else from us, and this time it's Chew.
The gift of Clayface, TAKE IT IN MAAAAAAAAAAN. (reference!)
I dunno. She says he was taking acting classes from her. So maybe he faked his death? I hope not. I really hope not. Because if he did, it's the biggest d!@k move ever. I want him back, but not like that. This whole thing seems kind of scummy to me.
Damian is dead.
Bucky was dead too. We all thought he was the ONE true death in comics. I don't believe in death anymore... I believe in taking a break to build suspense. In the immortal words of Skank- "This is the really real world, there ain't no coming back!"
I really like the idea they have of Batman going through each stage of grief with a different member of his bat-family. That being said, I think they should stop focusing so much on this Carrie Kelly and actually focus on the supportive relationships Bruce has with his allies.I guess Carrie will play significance in helping him grive and accept and move on and all. He'll probably tell her the truth in the August issue with Nightwing, which will look at acceptance I believe.
