Zero Year, your next Batman arc

So, I tweeted Saturday afternoon that today was going to be pretty damn interesting... and here's why. Yes, I haven't given up my snooping ways, but considering how that turned out for me last time, I figured I'd avoid the C&D letter. I did drop secret hints though...

Zero Year is indeed your next big Batman arc from Scott Snyder and Greg Capullo. Snyder wasn't lying when he said this was their most ambitious arc yet, because in my opinion, above all else, this is pretty damn risky on their part. I mean, let's disregard the fact that doing a story set in the past is basically like walking through a minefield (especially with Batman) but you have your flagship book with all this momentum, then all the sudden it goes "We're going to the past, see you in a year!" That's kind of crazy when you think about it, as there's a big difference from launching a book in the past like Action Comics or Batman/Superman, compared to doing it almost two years in.

So there you go. I'm sitting on the cover at the moment, but I'd rather not pull the trigger on that one, as I don't feel like stirring the pot. But, I don't believe the image I found is the final cover anyways, it's literally just a blank gradient, with a Bat symbol at the bottom that says "Zero Year." Cover is up, there you go.
