Looking Forward: March 20th, 2013

Each book next week when you think about it will either be bringing large shifts, or be the start of shifts.
  • Nightwing #18: I'm hoping the Requiem stuff is a little heavier in this one, rather than a page or two like most other issues, but we also have the Dealer, and the reason why Nightwing leaves for Chicago.
  • Red Hood and the Outlaws #18: Scott Lobdell's final issue on the series, and he's leaving Jason to be a hideous monster, oh the humanity!
  • Birds of Prey #18: Christy Marx's first issue as she has the Birds fight Mr. Freeze... but that's what Jim Zub was going to do... Whose plot is this anyways? Regardless, I like Sword of Sorcery, so here's to hoping Marx delivers.
  • Batwoman #18: Trevor McCarthy comes back on art duties as Batwoman finally moves past Medusa and into a new arc.
Usual posts coming up. Thinking about doing a post about my thoughts on Harper Row, but don't know if I'll be able to sum up enough to warrant one. We'll see.

  1. I'd be curious if you thought Harper will be the next Robin or what her role will be. All of those scenes showing her training and fighting crime either make her the obvious next Robin or it's some sort of red herring.
