It's a bit hard to tell with out any context, but it looks like if the Joker was lying about getting into the Batcave the first time, he ain't lying now.
As for the interviews... I kind of don't want to read any of them. I almost want to go into Batman isolation for a month.

Huh, Scott mentions dropping a buttload of references in #16, some from No Man's Land and A Serious House. I definitely am going to dive back in for a third or fourth read of yesterday's book.
