I ring in August by being real late with my first post of the month. Typical.

SPOILERS: Batgirl Annual #3

If there's two things Babs knows, it's crime fighting and Dickbutt... wait.

SPOILERS: Batgirl #42

The Gordons pretty much go all Ghostbusters on Livewire.

SPOILERS: Gotham by Midnight Annual #1

Spectre obliterates sinners from the earth, I obliterate this book from my pull, HEYOOOO.

Stack Rundown, 07/26/2015

True, I only had 3 books to read... but I also had to play a lot of Rocket League... I HAD TO.

Panels of the Week, 12/20/2012

Two omissions this week. First, no Red Hood, as you know... don't like that art at all. Next, nothing particularly stood out in Batwoman given it was pretty much just Maggie, and hardly any of the Medusa stuff. BUT, Li'l Gotham makes up for everything.

Nightwing #15: I mentioned it in my write up, but the thing Eddy Barrows absolutely NAILED, was the awful juxtaposition of a huge smile, mixed with unimaginable pain.

Birds of Prey #15: Just a fantastic double page spread by Juan Jose Ryp.

Birds of Prey #15: And that was your monthly dose of "Starling is the best."

Catwoman #15: Rafa Sandoval's art is the only redeeming quality of this book now. It can be pretty crazy and hectic at times, but every now and then you get some really awesome action packed shots like this.

Batman - Li'l Gotham #3: How can anyone not love this book!?

  1. Great panel choices! I love the ones from Birds of Prey! Even though the art in Catwoman is okay, I'm glad your ending coverage of the series for now.
