SPOILERS: Batman #25

Nothing is funny, and that's the problem.

SPOILERS: All-Star Batman #11

Random note, but I really like the design of the villain of this arc.

SPOILERS: Nightwing #23

Dick Grayson is a pretty shitty boyfriend.

SPOILERS: Batwoman #4

At the end of the day, this arc was just too plain.

Panels of the Week, 10/18/2012

Slim(mer) pickings this week, given the fact that I really don't like two of the artists working on this week's Batbooks.

Birds of Prey #13: Someone guessed this in the comments, and my response is: You're god damn right I'm picking this panel, Starling wins... again!

Batwoman #13: It was either this spread, or the one before with all the dialogue in the darkness. Either way, JH Williams III is insanely good. You can't lose when you're picking a panel (or double page spread) of the week with him drawing.

Catwoman #13: Me and the current writer certainly haven't gotten off on the right foot, but Rafa Sandoval is a welcome addition to this book. Nice sense of action and fluidity, along with his characters not looking like weird dolls. Sonia Oback's colors really lend themselves well here, as well.

Legends of the Dark Knight #20: Bats, bats, bats... this must have been a bitch to draw, but certainly looks awesome.
