SPOILERS: Batman #35

This was the best Batman and Robin issue from 8 years back, that we've gotten in a while.

SPOILERS: Nightwing #33

Give everyone steroids, I'm sure that'll turn out well.

SPOILERS: Justice League #33

I don't know, Cyborg did a thing? Now we're back to where it began as if nothing happened...

SPOILERS: Batman: Lost #1

This issue is the equivalent of looking in the mirror and saying Grant Morrison's name three times.

Batman, Post-Death of the Family

At today's Batman panel (and some other interviews) Scott Snyder gave the first hints as to what we can expect after "Death of the Family" wraps up. Starting in issue #18, expect a 2 to 3 issue interlude story, followed by the next big arc which deals with the Red Hood gang as well as Riddler.

Should be interesting to see what Snyder does with the Red Hood gang, minus Joker. That's something I've never thought of before, and making them into something bigger could be interesting.

As for the in between "pallet cleanser" arc, as Snyder put it... I'll bet right now we revisit Harper Row, and possibly another guest artist.

Also, there was yet another "keep reading" tease given at the question of a possible Red Robin solo... and not to speculate, but that would be an ideal place to reintroduce another character, if you know what I'm saying.

  1. I wonder how Jason Todd will react when he finds out there's a gang in Gotham reusing his nom de guerre... then again, he did steal it in the first place. I don't suppose antiheroes trademark their names.

    1. I think he might hunt them down. But then, they looked formidable. A game of cat vs. cat in the city of the bat.
