Teen Titans Annual #1 preview

So begins "The Culling." I'll have a summary of the Legion Lost and Superboy issues when we get around to the Teen Titans issue later in May.

(Source: Newsarama)

  1. Artemis! Yeaaaaaaaaah, they need to have her stick around.

    1. Personally, I'm kind of confused on whether or not this is supposed to be the regular DCU Artemis (the amazon) or the Young Justice Artemis, who she looks like.

    2. I think it's the Young Justice Artemis, who is based on the obscure comics character Artemis Crock aka Tigress.

    3. Seems its Artemis Crock/Tigress (wouldn't make much sense for the Amazon Artemis to appear an Teen hero crossover.
I'm always supportive if the comics can better reflect TV and movies should they make a more interesting charcater than the original. Crock pretty much went from obscurity to staring in a TV show, so it makes sense to incorporate the new version.

    4. I completely agree. I really hope Kaldur'am can make the jump from TV to the page as well.

Jackson Hyde was a taste but I like the way Kaldur has grown away from the Jackson version. And neither has been seen in the new 52.
