Justice League vs. The Demon?

Above is a panel from the end of Justice League #6, where two would be "super-villains" meet up to discuss all these heroes popping up. As you can see, there's something with that dude's shadow, that is obviously a hint to something, as it's not his real one. Well, my friend may have just figured it out, texting me a possibility.

Hit the jump for more...
First off, let's just look at the man's silhouette...

We can tell a few things about this image. The cane indicates, this dude is old, but as most old super villains will prove, the cane is just for appearances, so there's that But look at his hair... Thin on the top, little wild in the back. And that chin, unless this guy is Jay Leno, Im guessing that's some pretty sweet facial hair he's got going.

Next, the shadow.

Now, this is where my friend came in, texting me that the shadow looks pretty familiar to anyone who say... watched the 60th episode of Batman: The Animated Series...

So, let's combine the two, and what do we get?

UH OH.
