Batwoman and Detective Comics guest art


So, this is some interesting news. DC is reporting that as of issue #9, Trevor McCarthy (Batman: Gates of Gotham) will be drawing Batwoman up to issue #11, after which, JH Williams III comes back for #12. I like this move, McCarthy can really do some Williams type stuff with his layouts, so he's a good fit. Wonder what happened with Amy Reeder though.

But we're not done, if you read last week's Detective Comics, you might have noticed that Tony Daniel had some background assists with the issue. So, following the "Night of the Owls" issue (#9) artist Ed Benes will fill in for Daniel for issues #10-12. This is interesting due to the fact that if I remember correctly, Benes has had fill in pencils from Diego Bernard for a majority of the Red Lanterns issues… so who knows on that.
